Job Description
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the construction industry by managing the financial and contractual aspects of construction projects. Job Responsibilities
*Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents.
*Conduct quantity takeoffs and analyze project specifications.
*Evaluate bids, negotiate contracts, and manage procurement.
*Monitor project costs and report on budget variances.
*Assess and manage project risks.
*Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders.
*Participate in value engineering exercises.
*Provide contractual advice and guidance.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying or related field.
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
Strong knowledge of quantity takeoff and cost estimation.
Proficiency in cost estimating software.
Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
Knowledge of construction processes and regulations.
Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
