Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced BIM Architectural professional to join our team. As a BIM Architectural, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of architectural projects using Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to create detailed and innovative architectural designs while ensuring efficient project coordination and seamless workflows
Job Responsibilities
*BIM model development and management for architectural projects
*Collaboration with design team to integrate architectural concepts into BIM models
*Coordination of BIM models with other disciplines to resolve clashes
*Ensuring compliance with BIM standards and best practices
*Development and maintenance of parametric families and templates
*Analysis of BIM models to validate designs and support decision-making
*Regular quality checks on BIM models for accuracy and completeness
*Preparation and management of BIM-based construction documents
*Providing guidance and training on BIM tools and methodologies
*Implementing innovative BIM and architectural technologies
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
3 years of experience in architectural BIM modeling and coordination
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, ArchiCAD, or other BIM tools
Sound knowledge of architectural design principles and construction processes
Proven experience in collaborative multidisciplinary projects
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Meticulous attention to detail and time management abilities
Flexibility to adapt to project requirements and technological advancements in BIM industry.
